Things you should know
Due to the fact that all spa services are reserved just for you, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Day Spa Packages
Due to extensive preparation, these packages must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number. Failure to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance will result in full charges for services or packages scheduled.
Gift Certificates
The ideal gift for any occasion. Phone and mail orders are available. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash. All Gift Certificates are good for 6 months from date of purchase. Cancellation notice is required 24 hours before the time the service is booked for any 48 hours for packages. Failure to do so will forfeit the Gift Certificate
Health Issues
Please advise us of any health issues such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy or any other condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards and personal checks. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks
